Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: October 13, 2026

Overview

We want you to feel confident when subscribing to Yielld.

Yielld offers a 14-day no-questions-asked money-back guarantee on your first annual subscription and your first upgrade to each higher annual plan, provided your first Yielld subscription was an annual subscription.

Additional users, team seats, and other charges that are not part of the main account holder’s eligible annual subscription are not covered by this guarantee.

If you are eligible for a refund, simply submit your request within 14 calendar days of the eligible purchase or upgrade. We will review and process eligible refund requests within 5 working days.

If you upgrade to a higher annual plan and request a refund within the applicable 14-day period, we will refund the upgrade charge and return your account to the annual plan you were previously subscribed to.

Please review the eligibility requirements and exclusions below before purchasing a Yielld subscription.

To cancel your subscription or request a refund, please contact us through our official support or cancellation page.

14-Day Refund Guarantee

Eligibility Requirements

The 14-day money-back guarantee applies to the main account holder and only when the customer’s first Yielld subscription was an annual subscription.

If you originally subscribed to Yielld on a monthly plan, you are not eligible for the 14-day annual subscription guarantee, even if you later change to annual billing.

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the eligible annual purchase or upgrade.

The deadline is 11:59 PM UTC on the 14th day following the transaction.

Requests received before the deadline will be honored even if the request is submitted on a weekend or public holiday.

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5 working days.

What’s Covered

Your first annual Yielld subscription is covered by our 14-day money-back guarantee.

If eligible, the refund covers the amount paid for the main account holder’s annual subscription.

Charges for additional users, team members, seats, or other separate purchases are not included in the refund.

Annual Plan Upgrades

Your first upgrade to each higher annual plan is also eligible for its own 14-day refund period.

If you upgrade from one annual plan to another and request a refund within 14 days:

  • You will receive a refund for the amount charged for the upgrade.
  • Your account will return to the annual plan you were previously subscribed to.
  • Your original annual subscription payment will not be refunded.
  • The original subscription’s refund period will not restart.

Each annual plan is eligible for the guarantee only once.

For example, if you purchase an annual Starter plan and later upgrade to a higher annual plan, each eligible first-time annual tier may have its own 14-day refund window.

If you later return to a plan you previously held or upgrade to that same plan again, the transaction will not qualify for another 14-day refund period.

What’s Not Covered

The 14-day guarantee does not apply to:

  • Monthly subscriptions.
  • Customers whose first Yielld subscription was monthly.
  • Subscription renewals or recurring charges.
  • Annual or monthly rebilling.
  • Downgrades.
  • Repeat purchases of a plan you previously subscribed to.
  • Repeat upgrades to a plan you previously held.
  • Additional users or team seats.
  • Purchases made outside the applicable 14-day refund period.
  • Charges resulting from violations of Yielld’s Terms of Service.
  • Any other purchases or charges that are specifically excluded from the applicable offer.

Subscription Management

Cancellations

You can cancel your Yielld subscription at any time.

When you cancel, your subscription will normally remain active until the end of your current billing period.

After your billing period ends, your access to paid Yielld features and services will be removed or restricted according to your plan.

Cancelling your subscription does not automatically create a refund.

Subscription renewals and recurring charges are not refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or specifically covered by our refund guarantee.

If you cancel your subscription and later decide to return to Yielld, you may be charged the then-current subscription price.

Failed or Late Payments

Sometimes a payment may fail because of an expired card, insufficient funds, a bank decline, or another payment issue.

If a payment fails, Yielld may temporarily suspend access to paid features until the outstanding payment has been successfully completed.

We may attempt to notify you about the failed payment and give you an opportunity to update your payment method.

Once payment has been successfully completed, access to your account and paid features may be restored.

It is your responsibility to keep your payment information up to date and to contact our support team if you believe a payment failure has occurred incorrectly.

If an outstanding payment remains unresolved, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the associated subscription.

Refund Exclusions

We reserve the right to deny a refund in certain circumstances.

Account or Service Misuse

Refunds may be denied if there is clear evidence that the Yielld service has been deliberately misused.

This may include:

  • Attempting to abuse or circumvent Yielld’s systems.
  • Sharing account credentials in violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform.
  • Scraping, copying, or systematically extracting protected Yielld content or functionality.
  • Reselling access to Yielld without authorization.
  • Using the service in a way that violates our Terms of Service.

Our refund policy is intended to protect legitimate customers and is not intended to provide free access through misuse of the service.

Community and Support Violations

If Yielld includes community features, customer communication channels, or support services, refunds may be denied where there is deliberate abuse toward other users, our team, or our support channels.

This may include:

  • Harassment.
  • Threats.
  • Abusive behavior toward support staff.
  • Deliberate disruption of the service or community.
  • Repeated violations of our community guidelines or Terms of Service.

Excessive Refund Requests

The Yielld refund guarantee is intended to be available only once for each eligible annual plan.

Purchasing the same plan again after receiving a refund does not create a new 14-day refund entitlement.

Likewise, repeatedly upgrading to and refunding the same plan is not permitted.

We may also restrict or refuse future purchases where we identify a pattern of repeated refunds or abuse of Yielld’s refund policy.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe a payment was made incorrectly, please contact us first so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

If you believe a transaction was genuinely unauthorized or fraudulent, you should contact your bank or payment provider and follow their dispute process.

However, intentionally submitting a false payment dispute or falsely claiming that a legitimate Yielld transaction was fraudulent may be considered payment fraud.

Where appropriate, Yielld may provide relevant transaction and account information to our payment processor or financial institution to respond to a dispute.

We encourage customers to contact our support team before initiating a payment dispute whenever possible so that we can try to resolve the issue directly.
